Why is it important to drink water?

When there is red, you’re being cranky.

I’ve been playing around with some visual communication styles as a way of sharing some of the little bits of knowledge I think are useful.

This time I looked at a collection of facts that I’d seen about hydration.

We need to drink 8 glasses of water

We get cranky if we don’t drink enough

That’s all I’d seen so I decided to take a look at the gaps. Which included:

  • Does food count?
  • How much do we drink on average?
  • How much do we need before we get cranky?

With some helpful advice from The National Hydration Council I put this together.
